Outside our office hours
Emergency support costs a flat rate of €100. This includes 30 minutes of technical support. Thereafter € 40 per 15 minutes or part thereof. All prices are net plus 19 % VAT. A technician will contact you as soon as possible after submitting the form.

FAQ about WPspace support
Many providers advertise free 24/7 support. However, the reality is often that although you can reach someone 24/7, the technicians are often already at the end of their working day and you won't get any real help until the next working day.
WPspace deliberately distances itself from pseudo 24/7 support. According to our quality approach, support after office hours should be just as good and comprehensive as during. Keeping service quality at the highest level 24/7 requires an extremely high level of staffing, which is probably not economically viable for any company.
Support at WPspace outside office hours is subject to a fee, because this is the only way we can offer you the very good service quality you are used to.
We also ensure that our systems remain functional around the clock. If there is a system-wide outage outside of our office hours, we are notified via our monitoring system and rectify the problem as quickly as possible. In the past 12 months, the average availability across all our host systems was more than 99.99 %. So you can be sure that our systems will remain functional even after regular office hours.

Paid emergency support is intended for when there is NO system-wide failure, but your website is still unavailable and you need quick support outside of our office hours. For example, if you crash your website through your own fault, e.g. due to updates or incorrect configuration of WordPress or your hosting plan.
