Are you bothered by the page title when working on your website? I'll show you how to change the Elementor* Page titles can be easily hidden and shown again.

If you have your site with Elementor you should see the following menu display on the left-hand side.

1. now click on the cogwheel at the bottom left. You will find this in the lower gray toolbar on the far left.

The "Page settings" will now open. Here you will see a button to the right of "Hide title". This is set to "No" by default and is grayed out.

2. to hide the page title, simply click on the switch and set it to "Yes" and blue.

3. don't forget to save!

    Doesn't Google mind if you hide the page title? I think that Google can then no longer assign the page or influence the ranking.
    I would be pleased to receive an answer.

    1. Hello Robert,
      That's an interesting question! If the page title is completely hidden, it is no longer visible in the source code of the page. This means that Google crawlers cannot read it and it therefore has no influence on your ranking.

      However, it is essential to ensure a clean headline hierarchy on your website. This means: an H1 heading as well as clearly structured further levels such as H2, H3, etc.

      If you hide the page title in Elementor and define your own title as the H1 heading instead, you open up more design options. This can even have a positive effect on your ranking, as an improved user experience for your visitors is often rewarded. 😊
