These are from 11 am to 12 noon and from 5 pm to 6 pm.  This way you can make sure that you only check your emails when you have completed your most important to-dos in the morning and in the evening you can make sure that no important emails are left open for the next day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u26a0\ufe0f The most important thing about this procedure<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Only open your email client in your mail time and deactivate desktop notifications.
